Reflexology fusion treatments are 120 minutes in duration. Included is a full body therapeutic massage with a full reflexology session on the feet. In Chinese medicine the entire body and bodily systems are mapped out onto the feet. Focusing on these points with targeted pressure and technique allows for whole body balancing and deep relaxation. And if you love extra work on your feet, this is the session for you!

Hi I'm Kimberly, welcome! Professional training and personal experience have been the building blocks of my massage practice. Ten years of providing massage have allowed a broad understanding of my clients and their conditions. As an LMT I draw from my extensive training in human anatomy, physiology and various massage techniques.

I have previously worked as a Medical Assistant and am proficient at addressing acute injuries and chronic pain issues. My path in the health care field has been an exciting journey. I feel very fortunate it has lead me to the holistic world of Massage Therapy.

My clients benefit from my functional approach. For example, my massage sessions typically include active and passive stretching, at home exercise/stretching instructions and a discussion of a customized wellness plan for each client. The therapeutic modalities I specialize in include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, gua sha, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy.

As a practitioner my strength is listening to my client. My skill as a massage therapist lies in my intuitive ability to focus much needed attention on problem areas while addressing the body as a whole. My style is deep yet gentle enough to promote relaxation while getting to the root of chronic pain.

I graduated from Evergreen Center for the Healing Arts, LLC located in Vancouver, WA in 2008 with dual certifications and 750 hours of bodywork training. I'm currently licensed in both Washington state and South Dakota.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

If I'm not in session I'm usually chasing after my two year old so this method is the quickest way to get a hold of me as well as me to make contact back.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEIVE A MASSAGE?
For those who use massage as preventative care or to manage daily stress, one massage a month is common. Weekly sessions may be desirable if you are receiving massage for injury relief or to relieve chronic pain that is interfering with your daily life.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION TIME?
A session consists of massage, time for you to dress and undress and time to communicate with the therapist to make your massage truly customized.
CONVERSATION DURING THE MASSAGE?
Some people prefer to talk throughout the massage, don't feel like you have to make conversation. It's your time to relax. Close your eyes and unwind.
DO YOU TIP A MASSAGE THERAPIST?
Although a tip is never required, a 20 percent tip is standard if you were pleased with the service.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND LATE POLICY?
A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. This time allows the opportunity for your appointment time to be rebooked. Failure to give a 24-hour notice will result in being charged 50% of scheduled service fee. Future appointments will be denied until payment is made.

No-shows will be charged in full for their 'missed' appointment and future services will be denied until payment is made.
​
Late arrivals will have their time deducted from their appointment and their scheduled service will be modified for time allotted. Full payment is still required for session.

WILL I BE COVERED DURING THE SESSION?
You will be properly covered or draped at all times. Only the area being worked on will be exposed. You should always let your therapist know if you are uncomfortable for any reason during the session.
